When a request for expressions of interest for consultant selection is announced, interested organizations must obtain detailed information about the consulting service only through the Asian Development Bank’s Consultant Management System (CMS) and submit their expression-of-interest materials using the standard template.”

Procurement Policy, Rules and Regulations
According to the concessional loan agreements No. 3694, 3695, 8348 and grant agreements No. 0594 and 0595 between the
Government of Mongolia and the Asian Development Bank, the procurement of the “Ulaanbaatar Income-Friendly Green
Housing and Resilient Urban Renewal Sector Project” shall be in accordance with the Asian Development Bank’s procurement
regulations.
According to the “Procurement” section of the “Loan Agreement”:
“The procurement of goods and works financed from the Line of Credit shall be carried out in accordance with the Asian
Development Bank’s ‘Procurement Regulations’ /as amended/.”
The selection of all consulting services financed under the project shall be conducted in accordance with the Asian
Development Bank’s Procurement Guidelines.
