The project will be implemented in the Bayankhoshuu and Sharkhad sub-centers within the framework of a voluntary land-exchange mechanism.

The Ulaanbaatar Affordable Green Housing and Resilient Urban Renewal Sector Project aims to develop the selected ger areas into eco-neighborhoods that are affordable, have low carbon emissions, are resilient to climate change, and provide a pleasant living environment.
