he Ulaanbaatar Green Housing Project has been placed under the Ulaanbaatar Unified Project Implementation Unit based on Resolution No. 24 of the Government of Mongolia dated July 9, 2025, and Order No. 174 of the Minister of Finance dated October 1, 2025, “On Approval of the Unified Project Implementation Unit.”
On February 25, 2026, the meeting of the “Project Steering Committee” of the Ulaanbaatar Unified Project Implementation Unit was successfully held. The members appointed under Order No. A/259 dated February 16, 2026 convened and discussed and resolved the following key issues:

✅ 2026 Operational Plan
✅ 2026 Procurement Plan
✅ 2026 Financial Plan
The Committee issued specific decisions and assigned responsibilities to ensure the effective and timely implementation of the projects in accordance with the approved plans.
