Sharhad subcenter
As part of the first phase of the project, preparations are underway to build and commission an eco-district with 338 green apartments on a total area of 4.2 hectares in the Sharkhad sub-center. In Bayanzurkh district, Sharkhad 19th khoroo, 1.2 hectares of land in S27-5, 1.8 hectares of land in S27-2, and 1.2 hectares of land in S25-6 are planned.
